Lauren Ashley Corbett is a fashion entrepreneur, self-love advocate, and federal government employee hailing from the Washington Metropolitan area. 

Growing up as a shy child, Lauren gravitated towards the arts for self expression. She loved dancing at her elementary school's talent show and singing solos. Dancing and singing were great outlets, but the one area of the arts that set her soul on fire was fashion! 

Lauren graduated magna cum laude in December 2018 from Virginia Commonwealth University’s School of the Arts in Richmond, Virginia. She currently holds a Bachelor of Arts in Fashion Merchandising with a minor in business. 

In college, Lauren started her personal style and self-love blog, The Fashtorious L.A.C., which she has had for 3+ years. In addition to fashion, Lauren is into creating different businesses. In June 2020, she launched her accessible luxury fashion jewelry brand, Jeweltorious. In January 2022, Lauren launched the self-love podcast, Self Love Baddie, where she talks about her personal self-love journey. Lauren's recent venture is the women's ready-to-wear brand, Lauren Corbett, launched in July 2023.
